A teen driver and two juvenile passengers were pulling a prank, tossing eggs at other vehicles as they drove down the road Tuesday afternoon. One of their targets wasn’t amused and allegedly began pursuing them at a high rate of speed. When the teens came to a red light at an intersection, they didn’t slow down and struck a pickup.
The driver of the SUV, a GMC Acadia, was 14 years old, according to a report by CNN. As they drove down the road in Houston, Texas, the teens were hurling eggs at other cars.
According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the teens claim that the driver of a Lincoln, who had been targeted by the prank, was pursuing them. The Lincoln driver allegedly brandished a handgun and chased the SUV at a high rate of speed.
